Grape variety: Grillo. Alcohol content: 12.5% vol. Colour: Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Recommended serving temperature: 10-12°C. Winemaking: White vinification, with a straightforward approach designed to preserve the natural quality and character of the grape. Ageing: In stainless steel tanks, followed by bottle ageing. A white wine with a rich aromatic profile, offering notes of white flowers, citrus fruit and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is balanced and supported by lively acidity, with a saline finish. Excellent with raw fish dishes or traditional Sicilian first courses.
