Winemaking: White vinification, with a straightforward approach designed to preserve the natural quality and character of the grape. Ageing: In stainless steel tanks, followed by bottle ageing. Fresh, direct and Mediterranean in style. On the nose, it reveals notes of orange blossom, green apple and fresh almond. On the palate, it is savory and easy-drinking, with a delicate bitter note on the finish, typical of the grape variety. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light seafood dishes.
