Description
Grape variety: Syrah. Alcohol content: 13% vol. Colour: Ruby red with violet highlights. Recommended serving temperature: 16-18°C. Winemaking: Red vinification with skin maceration for 8-10 days. Ageing: In stainless steel tanks, followed by bottle ageing. A young, spicy red wine, with notes of ripe red fruits, black pepper and liquorice. Smooth on the palate, with silky tannins and a balanced structure. Ideal with grilled meats, cured meats and fresh cheeses.
