Petra Semi-Sparkling Wine

Grape varieties: 80% Catarratto, 20% Grecanico. Classification: I.G.T. Terre Siciliane. Alcohol content: 12% vol. Colour: Pale straw yellow. Recommended serving temperature: 7-8°C. Winemaking: Soft pressing of the grapes followed by cold maceration in a reductive environment. Ageing: Lees contact and ageing for at least 30 days in pressurised tanks. A sparkling interpretation of a classic white wine: lively and refreshing, with notes of white flowers, lemon and delicate hints of pan brioche. Its gentle bubbles make it ideal for summer evenings, aperitifs or a pizza with friends.
