Wine Grape variety: Nerello Mascalese. Classification: I.G.T. Terre Siciliane. Alcohol content: 12% vol. Colour: Clear, bright pink. Recommended serving temperature: 8°C. Winemaking: Cold maceration in a reductive environment. Ageing: Lees contact and ageing for at least 30 days in pressurised tanks. An elegant and fragrant rosé sparkling wine made using the Martinotti method. It offers delicate notes of rose, wild strawberry and pink grapefruit. The fine bubbles, dry taste and mineral profile make it ideal as an aperitif, as well as with crudités or sushi.
