Riso Meracinque is a family-run project founded by five sisters, created to carry forward a long-standing experience in rice cultivation. At the heart of the company’s work is the production of Carnaroli Classico, a variety widely recognized and appreciated in professional kitchens for its cooking resistance, absorption capacity and consistent performance.

The company grows only pure 100% Carnaroli seeds and follows a production method that combines agricultural tradition, regenerative farming and precision farming tools. Its practices include the Micro-Natural® technique, soil mapping, variable-rate seeding, cover crops and crop rotation.

The post-harvest stages also play an important role in defining the quality of the product. The rice is dried at low temperature and left to rest for twelve months before processing and packaging, helping to preserve the integrity of the grain and support excellent results in the kitchen. The range includes 500 g and 1 kg packs made from 100% recyclable paper, while blockchain traceability and QR codes make it possible to follow each batch from seed to packaging.
