Pasticceria Quadrifoglio was founded in 1978 in Modena - the heart of Italian Food Valley - from the dream of four young Pastry Chefs and entrepreneurs: bringing the Italian Pastry Art to as many people as possible.
The Pastry Lab quickly became a trusted supplier for the Restaurants of Emilia Romagna, delivering every day frozen patisserie, cakes, gelato and sorbet. Pasticceria Quadrifoglio in the last few years grew in popularity, acquiring clients, and starting news collaborations in Italy and abroad.
From 2008, PQ is certificated BRS and IFS to assure high qualities standard. Today we offer High Quality Italian Patisserie to European, USA, Australian and Asian markets.
