NeroFermento is an innovative company specialized in the preparation and marketing of agricultural products. Specifically, the company produces Voghiera DOP black garlic, following the entire production process and combining quality agriculture and technology.

The company offers 4 product lines:

• "Nero di Voghera", dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca.

• "Aglio nero", for use in the medium and large-scale distribution

• "Nero & Bio", which includes a range of certified organic products

• "Semi-finished", for use in the food and pharmaceutical industry

Since 2018 NeroFermento has been certified as an organic company, according to current Italian and European legislation.
