Farabella Gluten Free

Farabella is a brand of the Company Bioalimenta specializing in the production of over 70 different gluten free pasta and potato gnocchi shapes based in Fara San Martino (Abruzzo), known as the quality pasta "capital".

In this pristine place located in the Majella National Park, where nature, history and tradition meet, the company develops and produces gluten-free foods in an allergen-free factory.

Selected raw materials, mineral spring water and the ancient local pasta tradition are the ingredients that make Farabella products unique.

The company regularly enriches its catalogue with other products lines carefully sourced and strictly gluten free: flours, biscuits, bread substitutes, sweet and savoury snacks or cakes.

Bioalimenta mission has always been to bring people together offering "gourmet" free from food that is not only suitable for gluten intolerant people but is also “good for all” thanks to constant research aiming at developing products with the same quality as the conventional ones.
